Designed for smaller rooms, we can provide excellent sound for your conference.

Includes a Sound Engineer for 8 Hours.

Equipment includes:

  • Allen and Heath SQ5, a renowned digital mixer. A tool to make sure your speakers are clearly heard, and handle all of your audio needs.

  • 2 wireless lav microphones for ease of use.

Designed for small to medium sized rooms, we can provide excellent sound for your conference.

Includes Sound Engineer and Assistant for 8 hours.

Equipment includes:

  • ​4 High quality speakers to distribute sound evenly in the selected space.

  • Allen and Heath SQ5, a renowned digital mixer. A tool to make sure your speakers are clearly heard, and handle all of your audio needs.

  • 1 Wireless Radio Microphones

  • 2 wireless lav microphones for ease of use.

  • A small lighting package for your speakers.

  • Extras available on request.

CONFERENCE PACKAGE C

£850

Designed for large rooms, we can provide excellent sound for your conference.

Includes Sound Engineer and Assistant for 8 hours.

Equipment includes:

​

  • A full RCF PA, various RCF speakers placed around the room, ensuring your hosts are heard clearly and dispersed evenly across the room.

  • A lighting package to highlight your speakers.

  • Podium and staging for speakers.

  • Allen and Heath SQ5.

  • 4 wireless lav microphones for ease of use when using multiple speakers.

  • 2 Wireless Radio Microphones

  • 16 uplighting units to be placed around the room for ambiance.

  • Extras available on request.

All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking via bank transfer to secure the date and equipment required for the show. This deposit is refundable if the event is cancelled and we are given 14 days notice, we have never cancelled a show ourselves, but we will also refund you this deposit and help with arrangements in the event this happens. The remaining payment can be paid via bank transfer up until the day before the event.
